𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Manage and respond to all email inboxes in a professional and timely manner.
-Manage and respond to Instagram direct messages, ensuring consistent and brand-appropriate communication.
-Create, update, and manage website menus for Hospitality retail UK and International markets (training will be provided).
-Maintain a well-structured and easy-to-use OneDrive folder management system for the Marketing team.
-Manage and update all country-specific menu spreadsheets to ensure they are accurate and aligned with live store offerings.
-Collate sales data for the online Shopify retail store and cake sales for reporting and analysis.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with OneDrive file management.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Previous experience in digital communication, administration, or marketing support is a plus.
