About the Role

OPPO Pakistan is looking for a passionate, energetic, and highly organized Marketing Associate to manage and expand our university marketing initiatives across Pakistan. The role includes campus ambassador program management, university activations, and student-focused digital 

engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Campus Ambassador Program Management

Manage OPPO Campus Ambassador (OCA) Program nationwide

Coordinate with ambassadors, assign tasks, and monitor performance

Build relationships with university societies and student affairs teams

Plan and execute university events, workshops, roadshows, and competitions

Ensure timely communication and reporting

2️⃣ Marketing Research

Conduct research on student trends and engagement opportunities

Coordinate permissions for offline university activities

3️⃣ Social Media Management

Manage OPPO @Campus platforms

Support content planning and execution with ambassadors

Monitor performance and engagement KPIs

Stay updated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat trends

4️⃣ Reporting & Administration

Prepare campaign and performance reports

Maintain trackers, calendars, and databases

Requirements

1:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications or related field

2: Fresh to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or social media

3:Strong understanding of university culture and youth marketing

4:Experience in event execution and student engagement activities

5: Good social media management and content creation skills

6: Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

7: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

8: Willingness to travel for university activations
