📍 Location: DHA Phase 06, Lahore

Seeking an experienced Manager Systems to lead the management, integration, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) and ELV infrastructure across our facilities.

🔸 Qualification

B.E./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Electronics Engineering

🔸 Experience

▪️ 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) with exposure to ELV systems.

▪️ 8–12 years of experience managing large-scale facilities or multiple sites.

▪️ Experience with malls, airports, hospitals, or other smart building projects will be considered an added advantage.

🔸 Technical Skills

▪️ Expertise in Siemens Desigo CC, Honeywell EBI, or Johnson Controls Metasys.

▪️ Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, building automation, and smart building integration.

▪️ Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), and Structured Cabling & Networking.

▪️ Proficiency in communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and TCP/IP.

▪️ Ability to interpret MEP and ELV drawings.

▪️ Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integrated building systems.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

▪️ Oversee BMS and integrate ELV systems for centralized monitoring.

▪️ Lead installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and system optimization.

▪️ Manage vendors and contractors while ensuring project quality and timely execution.

▪️ Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulatory requirements.

🔸 Soft Skills

▪️ Strong project management and team leadership abilities.

▪️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
