Manager / Sr. Manager - Quality Control - Hosiery

B.Sc. Textile Engineering / MBA / BBA with 10–14 years of relevant experience.
This position is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and controlling customer satisfaction, as well as managing the quality control of products across the entire operation (from knit to pack). Key responsibilities include facilitating third-party audits, preparing training schedules for new employees, and recommending preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of quality issues. The role also involves monitoring preventive quality management for new products, preparing and sharing quality manuals with the team, implementing new QA standards, and continuously enhancing existing QA standards.
