Cherat Packaging Ltd. (part of Ghulam Faruque Group) is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Manager Rewards for our Head Office based in Karachi.

The candidate will be responsible for:
*Benchmarking compensation practices through participation in market surveys and conduct competitive analysis.
*Lead the annual salary review process, salary benchmarking, and merit increase recommendations, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in HR policies, compensation and rewards, continuously enhancing the group of companies to remain competitive in their respective market.
*Monitor market trends and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits, providing recommendations and ensuring compliance with the regulations.
*Support design and administration of performance-based reward systems including short- and long-term incentives.
*Analyze data and share insights with management on pay trends, headcount costs and budgeting.
*Design and conduct reward communication sessions across the group to enhance employee understanding of reward policies, practices, and their alignment with business objectives.
*Building strong relationships with external consultants to leverage their expertise and ensure effective administration of compensation and rewards programs.

The candidate must be:
MBA HR from a reputable institute with 7-8 years of relevant experience.
