We’re Hiring: Manager – Operational Risk
Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for a professional with 5–7 years of experience in operational risk within the banking/financial services industry to strengthen our Risk Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework.
Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across departments.
Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and track loss events.
Partner with business units to embed operational risk practices in day-to-day activities.
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, Basel standards, and internal governance.
Prepare operational risk reports for senior management and regulators.
