Seeking a Dynamic & Talented Candidate for the Position of “Manager HR”.

Industry: Pharmaceutical
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in HR
Experience: 5+ Years (preferably a pharma background)
Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.

Skills Required:

■ MS Office.
■ Oversee the complete employee lifecycle – recruitment, on boarding, engagement, performance management and off boarding.
■ Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
■ Lead grievance handling, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
■ Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements and enhance organizational performance.
■ Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills.
