■ Oversee the complete employee lifecycle – recruitment, on boarding, engagement, performance management and off boarding.
■ Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
■ Lead grievance handling, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
■ Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements and enhance organizational performance.
■ Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills.
