Brainchild Communications Pakistan is looking for a Manager Digital.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Marketing)

Experience: 4+ years (Digital Planning & Execution)

Location: Lahore (onsite)

Job Requirements:

•Collaborating with account teams in planning with #biddable media, #creative performance, #reports, and insights.

•Formulation of a hashtag#media strategy, #Consumer Insights Analysis, Identification of business challenges facing the client, Competitive Landscape Analysis, Media selection, Maximizing cost- efficiency, timing and laydown, strike weights, budget levels by market.

•Working with account teams to develop a deep understanding of their brands, update them on #campaign performance, and agree on action plans.

•Collaborating with the wider team to plan and execute hashtag#strategies that deliver on campaign objectives while being in budget and on time.

•Ownership of ongoing campaign optimization and reporting processes, ensuring that campaigns deliver to target and achieve the best possible results.

•Managing tag creation and deployment via tools like hashtag#Google hashtag#Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager (formerly hashtag#DoubleClick Manager), IAS, hashtag#MOAT etc.

•Identify trends and insights to continually refine and improve campaign strategies.

•Lead a team of digital media professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

•Help business and agency leads in achieving business KPIs for the group.

Skills Requirement:

•Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok advertising, programmatic advertising, and analytics platforms.

•Sound technical knowledge of backend digital integrations, operations, and troubleshooting.

•Strong grasp of & ability to develop channel specific strategies.

•Good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keeping to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure.

•Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and optimizing digital media campaigns to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

•Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions.

•Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•Leadership experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.

•A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve problems.

•Good time-management skills.
