We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive "Manager Administration" to support the smooth operations of our factory sites.

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Monitoring: Oversee security, housekeeping, and fleet matters across all sites, including commercial and employee’s vehicles.
- Policy and Procedure: Develop, update, and revise policies and procedures related to all administrative matters.
- Vendor & Service Provider Management: Initiate and finalize contracts with service providers for administration, security, and HSE matters. Ensure timely payment of bills for services like catering and security.
- Facilities Management: Manage environmental issues, horticulture, and general factory premises housekeeping. Supervise matters related to the labor colony and Masjid, including utility bills and issue resolution.
- Team Management: Enhance workplace discipline and ensure effective performance of the administrative staff.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Coordinate with BOMSIE for factory-related matters. Monitor event management, delegations, and audits.

Qualification & Experience:
Master’s or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
