BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for a "Management Trainee” in their Strategy Department.
Position: Management Trainee - Strategy & Planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business or equivalent
Experience:
0-1 years of relevant experience
Location: Head Office, Karachi
The incumbent will be responsible to support the annual strategic planning process by helping to break down the company’s long-term goals into clear action steps and timelines. Assist in researching and evaluating new business opportunities, such as local production, new product lines, or value-added services.
Further responsibilities include contributing to feasibility studies for new projects by gathering data and helping with market research, financial modelling, and risk assessments. Staying updated on government policies, industry regulations, and import/export guidelines that could impact the automotive sector. Help summarize insights for internal teams.
Collection and analyzing data on market trends, consumer preferences, and product performance. Supporting competitive analysis by tracking competitor activity, pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to highlight market opportunities and risks.
