Management Trainee – Project Management

Guru Group, LLC is hiring for the position of Management Trainee – Project Management
Location: Karachi
Internship/Trainee Position

Join our dynamic team in Karachi and gain hands-on experience managing real-world software development projects!

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior project managers throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation such as project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, development, QA, and design.
Help organize and participate in meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
Monitor task progress and assist in ensuring timely delivery of project components.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Clear and confident communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Proactive mindset, eager to learn and take initiative.
Passionate about the tech industry and project management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
