Management Trainee Officer - Sales Support

International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a Management Trainee Officer - Sales Support to join our growing commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely order processing, interdepartmental coordination, and maintaining high standard communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 

•Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and intercompany teams regarding order status, updates, and delivery schedules

•Process customer and intercompany orders in SAP and prepare Proforma Invoices as per purchase order requirements

•Acknowledge and confirm orders promptly to avoid delays and discrepancies

•Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time deliveries

•Monitor orders from confirmation through dispatch while ensuring adherence to delivery timelines

•Identify and resolve order-related issues proactively, keeping all stakeholders informed

•Prepare and maintain reports related to order status, communication records, and delivery performance

•Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and service quality

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

•Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, sales/marketing or a related field)

•Experience: 0-2 years in Customer Service, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or intercompany environment

•Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

•Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is an added advantage

•High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to deadlines
