Management Trainee Officer - Procurement

Nutrifactor Laboratories Pvt Ltd. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates from Engineering disciplines to join our Procurement team as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, market analysis, and supply chain coordination.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚

1.      Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. 

2.      Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. 

3.      Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes will be preferred. 

4.      Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. 

5.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

1.      Assist in sourcing and procurement of electrical, mechanical, civil, and general operational materials.

2.      Conduct market visits to identify suppliers and obtain quotations.

3.      Compare quotations and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.

4.      Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and related documentation.

5.      Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

6.      Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill procurement requirements.

7.      Follow procurement policies and ensure timely material delivery.

8.      Support vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
