𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐁𝐁𝐀 (𝐇𝐑) or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 𝟏 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 of relevant experience will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of 𝐇𝐑 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Proficient in 𝐌𝐒 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.
• Support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain personnel files.
• Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and training sessions.
