Management Trainee – Marketing

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee – Marketing. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, trade marketing, digital communication, and cross-functional business exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Assist in executing brand campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and loyalty programs, while coordinating with agencies for creatives, POSM, and catalogues.

2-Support color palette management, new color induction, and portfolio updates to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.

3-Contribute to dealer events, carpenter gatherings, exhibitions, and BTL campaigns, ensuring smooth execution with sales and distribution teams.

4-Drive Architect Connect initiatives and develop content such as testimonials, project highlights, and case studies to strengthen industry relationships.

5-Assist in social media management, content creation, digital campaign execution, and UGC initiatives, monitoring performance for continuous improvement.

6-Conduct competitor benchmarking, consumer insights, and category trend analysis, preparing dashboards and reports for management decisions.

Collaborate with Sales, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on special projects to understand the end-to-end business impact of marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (BBA/BS in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field).

Proficient in AI tools, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing platforms, SEO & analytics.

Creative, detail-oriented, with eagerness to learn brand management, trade marketing, and campaign execution.
