🚨 Hiring: Linux Server Security Engineer (Remote – Pakistan)

Finsoul Network Global is looking for an experienced Linux Server Security Engineer to help secure, investigate, and stabilize our production hosting infrastructure.

Our servers are currently facing repeated attacks, suspicious activities, and security-related challenges. We need someone who can identify root causes, investigate incidents, and implement long-term security measures.

What You'll Do

🔹 Investigate ongoing attacks, intrusion attempts, and suspicious server activity

🔹 Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments

🔹 Analyze logs, network traffic, and authentication events

🔹 Detect and remove malware, backdoors, and unauthorized access

🔹 Secure SSH, databases, web services, and hosting environments

🔹 Configure Firewalls, WAFs, Fail2Ban, CrowdSec, and related tools

🔹 Implement Linux server hardening best practices

🔹 Monitor and respond to security incidents

🔹 Deploy DDoS mitigation and brute-force protection mechanisms

🔹 Manage backups and disaster recovery procedures

Required Skills

✅ Strong Linux Administration (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, CentOS)

✅ Experience in server security, attack mitigation, and incident response

✅ SSH hardening, firewall management, and access control

✅ Malware investigation and cleanup

✅ Log analysis and attack pattern identification

✅ DNS, SSL, email security, and web server security knowledge

Preferred Skills

⭐ Cloudflare, ModSecurity, and WAF implementation

⭐ SIEM and security monitoring tools

⭐ Reverse proxy and DDoS protection solutions

⭐ Bash scripting and automation
