Company Overview:
CallStone LLP is a leading provider of luxury limousine and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services, seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our Islamabad team.

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Dispatcher proficient in LimoAnywhere and dispatch management software, with excellent English communication skills. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Islamabad and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate limousine and NEMT bookings using LimoAnywhere.
- Assign drivers, monitor trips, and handle real-time issues.
- Communicate with clients and drivers professionally.
- Manage schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of dispatch experience, preferably in limousine/NEMT.
- Proficiency in LimoAnywhere (mandatory) and other dispatch software.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Islamabad.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings/weekends.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of Islamabad’s geography.
- Experience in customer service or NEMT regulations.
