Lead Generation Specialist

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 (𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞)

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join the Digitalise team.

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: PKR 60,000–70,000

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Remote

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Monday–Saturday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

* Research and identify high-quality B2B prospects

* Build and maintain targeted lead lists

* Plan, launch, and manage cold email outreach campaigns

* Create and optimize email sequences and follow-up workflows

* Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team

* Manage CRM records and keep lead data organized

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data and analytics

* Improve email deliverability and inbox placement

* Configure and maintain email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)

* Collaborate with the sales team to drive pipeline growth and generate new business opportunities

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* 2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or email marketing

* Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Clay, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms

* Strong understanding of cold email outreach, lead prospecting, and email deliverability

* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

* Excellent communication and copywriting skills

* Experience with B2B lead generation and appointment setting

* Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
