Lead Fashion Designer

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a creative and trend-focused Lead Fashion Designer to lead the development of innovative, market-driven collections across Unstitched, Pret, Luxury Pret, Western Wear, and Seasonal categories at Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a strong fashion aesthetic, expertise in trend forecasting, fabric and silhouette development, consumer insights, and the ability to lead a design team in creating commercially successful collections aligned with evolving local and global fashion trends.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 8–12 years of experience in fashion design, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Lead the design and development of seasonal fashion collections across multiple product categories.

- Research global and local fashion trends, colors, fabrics, prints, silhouettes, and consumer preferences.

- Develop creative concepts and mood boards aligned with the brand identity.

- Oversee product development from concept to final sample approval.

- Mentor and manage a team of fashion and textile designers to achieve creative and commercial objectives.

- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Production teams.

- Review and approve fabrics, prints, embroidery, embellishments, trims, and garment fittings.

- Ensure collections meet quality standards, market trends, and business objectives.

- Present collection concepts and design strategies to senior management.

- Drive continuous innovation and maintain awareness of international fashion trends and competitor activities.
