Junior Mechatronics Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Junior Mechatronics Engineer
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechatronics Engineer to join our electrical design team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and routing 3D electrical harnesses, integrating them with mechanical assemblies, and ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards. This position offers hands-on involvement in the complete product development cycle, from concept to production release.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design and route 3D electrical harnesses in line with vehicle packaging and functional requirements.
Create 3D models of connectors, clips, grommets, and other electrical components.
Integrate harness designs with mechanical assemblies and resolve spatial conflicts.
Generate and manage BOMs, part lists, and harness component tables.
Release production-ready data, drawings, and documentation.
Collaborate with 2D electrical engineers, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams.
Support harness build trials and provide feedback for design improvement.
Ensure compliance with company and automotive industry standards.

🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
0–3 years of experience in design engineering (internships and projects welcome!).
Familiarity with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks Electrical preferred).
Understanding of electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and mechanical integration.
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.

🌟 Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of automotive electrical standards and best practices.
Experience with BOM management and technical documentation.
Exposure to harness manufacturing processes.
