We're Hiring: Junior Marketing Manager @ FusionAds.ai 🚀
FusionAds.ai is a fast-growing digital marketing agency and we're looking for a paid media-first marketer who can also hold their own on copy, strategy, and reporting.
What you'll own:
→ Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google & LinkedIn
→ Planning and executing programmatic advertising campaigns
→ Contributing to marketing strategy — audience targeting, messaging frameworks & channel mix
→ Writing sharp ad copy, emails, and landing pages
→ Performance reporting and turning data into action
What we're looking for:
→ 2+ years in digital marketing with hands-on paid media experience
→ Proven track record running Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads
→ Exposure to programmatic platforms (DSPs, display, OTT/CTV a plus)
→ Strategic thinker who can connect creative decisions to business outcomes
→ Strong copywriting skills (portfolio required)
→ Analytical mindset — you read dashboards, not just run them
→ Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
