Job Title: Junior IT Support

This opportunity is for recent graduates or early-career professionals, this role offers valuable hands-on experience in technical support within a dynamic, real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams and assist with troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Perform QA (Quality Assurance) on customer support calls, ensuring service quality and compliance with internal standards.
- Assist in managing and organizing international client data with high accuracy.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with international clients via email, chat, or video calls.
- Assist in reseller onboarding and signup processes, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups.
- Help set up and maintain IT systems, including networks, user accounts, and internal tools.
- Document support tasks, issues, and resolutions for internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in-progress) in BSIT, BSSE, BSCS, or BSAI.
- 0–1 year of experience in IT support
- Solid understanding of basic IT support concepts—networking, operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
