We are seeking a passionate Junior Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing engineering team, building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work on both frontend and backend using the MERN stack to deliver secure, real-time, and seamless user experiences.
Our stack includes React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB, WebSockets, and AWS. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers, contributing to the entire development life cycle.

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:
Develop applications with React, Redux (or Context API/Zustand) and Node.js/Express.
Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript.
Work with MongoDB (aggregation pipelines, schema optimization, indexing).
Implement authentication/authorization with JWT, OAuth, etc.
Integrate WebSockets (Socket.io) for real-time features.
Optimize frontend performance, implement lazy loading, follow SEO best practices (Next.js).
Integrate AWS/Azure services (e.g., S3, Cloud Functions).
Apply caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).
Use Docker and DevOps workflows.
Participate in Agile ceremonies using Jira and Git.
Write unit/integration tests with Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

Experience:
Up to 1 year of experience in full stack development (MERN).
Practical knowledge of TypeScript (frontend & backend).
Exposure to AWS deployment.
Understanding of Git workflows, PR reviews, and release cycles.
Knowledge of microservices, GraphQL, serverless, or payment integrations (plus).
