𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
The Jr. Executive – Supply Chain will assist in day-to-day supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, coordination with suppliers, and data reporting.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Assist in procurement and purchase order processing.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
Prepare and update Excel-based reports (e.g., stock reports, delivery schedules, supplier records).
Communicate with vendors and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor incoming and outgoing goods.
Support internal audits and stock verifications.
Ensure data accuracy in ERP and Excel sheets.
Coordinate with internal departments for supply chain needs.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent).
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒂 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 1–2 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒊𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒐𝒇𝒕 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.) – mandatory
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Other Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
