We are hiring an IT Project Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects.
-Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
-Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
-Managing all internal and external meetings.
-Assist in quality checks and testing.
-Prepare and distribute all project-related documentation and reports.
-Track and manage project tasks, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
-Excellent understanding of project management principles.
-Ability to work with project management tools.
Requirements:
-Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience, preferably in handling e-commerce projects and prior experience in a web/app development company.
-Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
-Project management certification is a plus.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Flexible with late sittings and available on weekends.
-Calm and Pressure-absorbing.
