*Key Responsibilities:*

- Maintain healthy employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws

- Handle disciplinary procedures and employee grievances

- Coordinate with legal advisors and government bodies

- Handle EOBI, PESSI, labour laws.

- Liaise with government agencies (Labour Dept., PESSI, EOBI, etc.)

- Strong grasp of labor laws and reporting

- Address labor issues and coordinate with authorities

*Education:*

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or relevant field
