Job Opportunity at Deploy Private Limited: International Client Liaison Officer
Deploy Private Limited is looking for an International Client Liaison Officer to join our team. The role involves handling international client calls, assisting them with their queries, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a professional relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for international clients via calls.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Record, track, and follow up on client concerns until resolved.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Ensure excellent service standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Prior experience in customer service, liaison, or call center roles preferred.
Ability to work in international time zones.
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Work Timings: International hours (night shift may apply).
Location: DHA Karachi
