𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗨𝘀:
𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗕𝘆𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 is a growing tech company passionate about building strong teams and driving innovation. We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter Intern to support our hiring efforts, gain hands-on experience, and learn the ins and outs of tech recruitment.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Learn and use recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn for talent sourcing.

• Support hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and update recruitment records.

• Contribute to employer branding and HR initiatives.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Fresh graduate or student in HR, Business, CS, or related field.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Interest in recruitment and understanding tech roles.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office is a plus.
