𝟏. Management Trainee Officer - Merchandising

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Fresh graduates in Apparel Merchandising & Manufacturing

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Assist in order execution and merchandising activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Monitor product development and production timelines.

Support buyer communication and documentation.

𝟐. Management Trainee Officer -  Product Development (PD)

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Fresh graduates from AIFD

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Support product development from concept to sample stage.

Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams.

Assist in fabric, trim, and sample development.

Ensure timely completion of development activities.

𝟑. Management Trainee Officer -  Finishing

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Fresh graduates in Textile Engineering

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Assist in finishing operations and quality monitoring.

Support production planning and process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with production teams to achieve daily targets.
