Are you a passionate Industrial Engineer eager to build your career in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement? Join us to drive process optimization, improve operational efficiency, and support transformation initiatives across our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will:
⚙️ Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
📊 Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities
📈 Assist in implementing 5S, Kaizen, VSM & Visual Management tools
📝 Conduct time studies, process mapping & performance analysis
🤝 Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects
📋 Prepare reports, dashboards & KPI analysis
🏭 Support standardization of processes and operational excellence
⭐ Contribute to productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives
📍 Location: S.I.T.E Area – Gulbai, Karachi
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
🏢 Experience: Internship or up to 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing operations
