We are looking for a confident and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls, explain insurance products, generate leads, and close sales over the phone. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance plans.
Explain policy features clearly and answer customer questions.
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
Education Bachelor's in business, sales or related (Preferred not mandatory)
Experience in telemarketing or call center sales (preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
