🚨 We’re Hiring: Insurance Account Specialist
Insure123 Insurance Agency Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Account Specialist to join our growing team.
Pay range: 95k - 120k PKR
Timings: 8pm to 5am PKT (Pacific Timezone)
Location: Lahore onsite
Responsibilities:
• Manage client insurance accounts and policy updates
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and documentation
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to process requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or account management is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Past experience in a US based company will be a plus!
