Industrial Engineering & Production Executive

Sefam is looking for Industrial Engineering & Production Executive for its Head Office. 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the Daily Master Plan Status Report for Master’s Collection to track production progress and adherence to timelines.

Generate Daily Efficiency Reports to monitor and evaluate departmental productivity.

Perform (SAM) calculations for all departments, including Master’s Collection, Embellishment, Puff Work, Applique Work, and Outerwear for each new article.

Prepare and update (CMT) sheets for each department to support costing and production planning.

Collaborate with designers to ensure alignment between product development and production feasibility.

Coordinate the collection of (D Samples) and (TPs) for all ongoing and new styles.

Manage the input and output processes of grading for Master’s Collection to ensure accurate size set development.

Oversee the (PPS) preparation process in sampling, ensuring adherence to designer requirements and internal standards.

Monitor previous and feed new styles for Master’s Collection production lines, ensuring timely updates and accurate tracking.

Implement Industrial Engineering (IE) best practices to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

Conduct process analysis to identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

Compile and share the Daily Sampling Report to highlight sample status and timelines.

Lead line balancing activities, including manpower allocation and capacity planning, to ensure optimal workflow and utilization.

Prepare bi-monthly payment reports for Master’s Collection, Kayseria Embellishment, and MC + KY Dyeing units.

Manage monthly payment processing for LC/Shahnameh Outerwear.

Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvement measures across departments.

Design and optimize production line layouts to support lean manufacturing principles.

Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and areas for continuous improvement.
