Position: Industrial Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Industrial Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to apply engineering principles to improve productivity, optimize processes, and support operational excellence within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

* Assist in analyzing production processes and identifying improvement opportunities

* Conduct time and motion studies to enhance operational efficiency

* Support line balancing, capacity planning, and workflow optimization initiatives

* Collect, analyze, and interpret production data for performance monitoring

* Assist in developing and implementing productivity improvement projects

* Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and maintenance teams to improve operational performance

* Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions

* Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

* Support cost reduction and waste minimization projects

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Good understanding of industrial engineering concepts and manufacturing processes

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools

* Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and productivity improvement techniques

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational and time management capabilities

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from a recognized institution

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

* Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, production, or process improvement will be an added advantage
