Human Resource Executive

Fatima Memorial Hospital (FMH), Shadman, Lahore is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our Human Resources team.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure effective implementation of HR policies, and contribute to a positive, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.

Healthcare HR experience—particularly within a tertiary care hospital—is highly preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical positions.

Manage employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and separations.

Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.

Oversee attendance management, leave processing, and payroll coordination with Finance.

Address employee queries and ensure effective HR service delivery.

Assist in implementing and managing the performance appraisal system.

Support accreditation and audit requirements, including PMDC, PHC, ISO, etc.

Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulatory guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resource Management

(Master’s degree preferred)

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience

Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.

Candidates with tertiary care hospital experience will be given preference.
