The company is looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 4 to 6 years of proven experience in the same role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Partnering with hiring managers to streamline recruitment efforts.
* Supporting daily HR operations and ensuring policy compliance.
