We’re Hiring – HR Officer
Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)
Timings: 8 AM – 5 PM (Pacific Hours)
Are you passionate about HR operations and talent acquisition? Join Axelliant as an HR Officer and play a key role in driving recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.
✨ What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (postings, interviews, offers).
Drive smooth onboarding, confirmations, and exits.
Maintain HRIS, attendance, and employee records with accuracy.
Support payroll inputs, benefits, and insurance coordination.
Assist with policies, compliance, and employee relations.
Prepare HR dashboards & ensure a great employee experience.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of HR operations experience.
Proficiency in HRIS/ATS, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), data reporting.
Knowledge of Pakistan’s HR practices & compliance (EOBI, payroll, contracts).
Strong communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.
