We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our recruitment function at our Lahore office.

This role isn’t just about hiring—it’s about creating strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring we bring the right people on board to fuel our journey in the 𝑬𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑺𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒓 industry.

💼 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
✔ Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and craft role-specific strategies.
✔ Source top talent through LinkedIn, CV databases, and professional networks.
✔ Design compelling job descriptions & interview frameworks.
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles with efficiency and impact.
✔ Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
✔ Represent us at recruitment events and job fairs.

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
🔹 Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field.
🔹 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition plus HR Manager.
🔹 Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
🔹 Strong command of LinkedIn Talent Solutions & sourcing tools.
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
🔹 A passion for recruitment trends, strategy, and people development.
