๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Onsite G8/4, Islamabad
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee relations, recruitment, and building a positive workplace culture.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits management.
Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries and provide HR policy guidance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
๐น ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR software/tools is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
