Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Help with organizing employee engagement activities
• Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation
• Perform other administrative HR tasks as required
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
