Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead our human resources function at Reckoner Audit. As HR Head, you'll drive HR strategies, oversee talent management, employee relations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You'll partner with leadership to foster a positive work culture and support business objectives.

•Responsibilities:
- Atleast 5 years + experience in HR field.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance.
- Drive culture initiatives and employee engagement.

•Requirements:
- Proven HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in audit or professional services is a plus
