Amuse Tech Solutions, a growing U.S.-based tech company, is building our global team! We are seeking motivated HR Generalists to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch or advance your career in HR within a dynamic, international environment.
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Fully Remote
𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM EDT (To ensure a 4-hour overlap with the US Eastern Time workday)
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬: Full-Time, Paid Employee
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: We are currently accepting applications from residents of India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🟢 Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
🟢 Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
🟢 Maintain accurate HR records and assist with payroll processing.
🟢 Help administer company policies and support various HR projects.
𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞:
▪️ Recent graduates (Class of 2024) in Human Resources or a related field are welcome.
▪️ Prior HR experience is a significant advantage.
▪️ Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
▪️ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
