Amuse Tech Solutions, a growing U.S.-based tech company, is building our global team! We are seeking motivated HR Generalists to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch or advance your career in HR within a dynamic, international environment.

๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Fully Remote
๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM EDT (To ensure a 4-hour overlap with the US Eastern Time workday)
๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฌ: Full-Time, Paid Employee
๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: We are currently accepting applications from residents of India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
๐ข Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
๐ข Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
๐ข Maintain accurate HR records and assist with payroll processing.
๐ข Help administer company policies and support various HR projects.
๐๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐:
โช๏ธ Recent graduates (Class of 2024) in Human Resources or a related field are welcome.
โช๏ธ Prior HR experience is a significant advantage.
โช๏ธ Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
โช๏ธ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
