Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development) to join our growing HR team. This role will play a critical part in attracting top talent, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the overall development and effectiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (TA):
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates through sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, etc.).
Coordinate with departmental heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Conduct background checks and reference verification.

Organizational Development (OD):
Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement, recognition, and development programs.
Support HR-led initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and training needs assessment.
Collect and analyze data for HR metrics and prepare reports related to OD and talent development.
Assist in executing change management and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in TA and/or OD, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
