Artilence is hiring an HR Associate with a minimum of 6 months experience in tech recruitment.
📍 Location: G1 Johar Town, Lahore
⏰ Timings: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
💰 Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles
- Source and screen candidates through different platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records
- Assist in onboarding and HR operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in tech recruitment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Organized and able to manage multiple roles
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
