Turn Up Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, qualified leads, conversions, and overall business growth.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Digital Marketing Manager

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time, On-Site

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀: Monday – Friday

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

• Manage social media marketing, content strategies, email marketing, and other digital channels.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with content, design, sales, and business development teams.

• Develop monthly marketing plans, campaign calendars, and performance reports.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Proven experience in digital marketing.

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on ROI and business growth.
