Job Responsibilities:
•Able to prepare and maintain accurate employee records, contracts and documentation for new hires to ensure compliance and data integrity.
•Strong ability to work on HRIS and ERP Software
•Oversee hiring processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
•Develop and implement HR strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
•Foster positive employee relations, resolving conflicts and providing support.
•Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Requirements:
•Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR
•Prior Experience in HR (Minimum 5 to 6 years Preferred)
•Strong understanding of HR processes
•Excellent communication skills
•Ability to manage all HR team and operations
