Job Description:
We're looking for an HR Assistant to support our human resources team at Reckoner Audit. You'll assist with HR operations, employee data management, recruitment support, and other HR-related tasks. You'll work closely with the HR Head to ensure smooth HR functions.
•Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes like scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR projects, employee onboarding, and HR communications.
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees.
•Requirements:
- Atleast 3 years of experience in HR related.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and principles.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR software or tools is a plus.
