*Must be of sales background and willing to perform sales field visits.*

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all hotel operations
Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns effectively.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
