R&I Electrical Appliances (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a Head of Marketing based at our Karachi Head Office.
We're looking for a strategic marketing leader ready to drive brand growth, strengthen market presence, and lead impactful marketing initiatives. Here's what the role requires:
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
•Lead brand management, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities
•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
•Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, and e-commerce growth
•Manage product launches, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
•Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams
•Oversee marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns
•Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance
Qualifications & Experience:
• MBA / Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in Consumer Electronics or FMCG
• Proven expertise in brand building and strategic marketing leadership
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
