Head of Data / Data Team Lead

📊 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 / 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 (𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢)

TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is building a complete data-driven sales engine and we are looking for a Head of Data / Data Team Lead who can own our data strategy end-to-end.

📍 Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

⏰ Timing: 9 PM – 6 AM (Night Shift)

🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday

This role is responsible for daily data production, list accuracy, segmentation, enrichment, automation, dashboards, and ensuring our Sales PODs receive high-intent, high-quality business leads every single day.

🔍 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🔹 Lead the Data Team (analysts + scrapers + automation support)

🔹 Deliver 10,000 clean leads per day

🔹 Build targeted lists by industry, state, revenue & risk class

🔹 Create lead scoring systems & quality control checks

🔹 Manage scrapers, APIs, and automation workflows

🔹 Maintain DNC compliance & clean databases

🔹Support analytics dashboards for Sales, Ops & QA

🔹 Build reporting on SQL conversion, industry performance & approvals

🔹 Work directly with Sales Heads & Ops to improve funnel performance

💡 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐭:

🔹 Strong data scraping background (Python, Scrapy, BS4 preferred)

🔹Experience with tools like PhantomBuster, Apollo, Clay, BrightData, etc.

🔹 Knowledge of API integrations & automation (Zapier, n8n)

🔹 Advanced Excel/Sheets, SQL understanding is a plus

🔹 Ability to analyze large datasets & segment high-intent audiences

🔹 Experience working in B2B lead generation / call center environment (highly preferred)
